About Me
From burnt out to building better — for myself, and for others.
For nearly two decades, I helped lead the chaotic, high-stakes world of politics and public impact work. I ran many multimillion-dollar programs, managed and cultivated 300+ staffers, founded and merged national orgs, and scaled scrappy projects across 40+ states. I made what others said was impossible happen—again and again.
I eventually became exhausted and reset after a life-changing 2021-2022 journey juggling expanding a successful program I created from 6 states to nationally while caretaking for my single dad as he passed away from cancer.
Often the death of a loved one, the birth of a child, or a pivotal election result will help you see things in a new light—and for me, it did. The truth is, for all the strategy and purpose in the mission, the insides of our nonprofit orgs are often broken, requiring our work to be harder than it needs to be.
I decided I wanted to fix these underlying systemic problems, putting to use my systems design, leadership, operations, spokesperson, and management experience gained through Director of Data and Technology, Executive Director and Vice President roles. In these culturally and politically uncertain times around the globe, I feel passionately now more than ever that the “inside of our houses” need to be well run; mission-driven work cannot effectively make change with unclear staff and board roles, ineffective meetings and systems, and inconsistent, unmeasurable, and unaccomplished goals.
I knew there had to be a better way to do the work of change-making without self-sacrifice as the cost of playing. So now I’m build and share new paths, with deep intention.
What I Do Now
I work with founders, executive directors, donors, boards, and senior teams who want to build with intention. People who are tired of the fire drill leadership model, but still care deeply about the work.
Through coaching and consulting on strategy and organizational development, I help individuals and organizations:
Lead with clarity instead of confusion
Build structures that can handle scale
Navigate transitions with intention
Grow without losing their soul
And move from burnout to real momentum
I still believe in movements. I just think they deserve stronger scaffolding.
This Work Is Personal.
I’m not building a lifestyle brand. I’m building a better way to lead, live, and work—starting with myself.
Today, I run a company that helps leaders step into the next evolution of their work: not just organizing others, but organizing themselves. Not just chasing goals, but sustaining what they’ve built. This isn’t coaching for coaching’s sake. It’s infrastructure for a saner, stronger version of leadership. I’m glad you’re here. Let’s build something good.
